Reverse peck deck 1 arm rear delt isolation. Squeeze shoulder blades 4x15 Super set  6. Lat pull down bar, attach to cable. Rear delt pulls 4x15  7. Standing alternating DB lateral raises medium weight. Keep arm at 90 degrees for more emphasis on delt & to protect shoulder & lift heavier 4x20 core tight fast explosive ! Super set  8. Plank on bench alternating arm punches 4x40  9. Rope ab crunches on cable up & down full RM & heavy 4x40 Super set  10. Reverse crunches with laying on bench going into hip thrust 4x40  11.
